Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in supporting our lead generation and occupancy goals, communications strategy, recruitment, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns: Design, execute, and track marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with our marketing communications manager, sales team, HR, and community associates to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Manage Marketing Requests: Oversee and review marketing requests from regional sales teams to ensure all necessary information is included for internal marketing and external agency assignments.
  • Analyze and Report on Marketing Campaigns: Conduct thorough analysis and provide regular reporting on marketing campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  • Manage Marketing Assets: Oversee the creation, review, and approval of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and community signage.
  • Participate in Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of our marketing strategy, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in marketing, public relations, advertising, and/or communications role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot, and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in AP Style.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
