Role Summary:
The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in our expanding software division and human resources team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with hiring managers to strategically identify and engage qualified candidates who will support our software engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with software hiring leaders, acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
  • Formulate effective sourcing strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential candidates, assessing their suitability for current and future roles.
  • Negotiate and present job offers.
  • Travel to various locations as necessary.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidates are contacted, screened, interviewed, and appropriately managed.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of passive candidates to foster relationship building.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 7 years of comprehensive talent acquisition experience in technical fields.
  • Proven experience in software recruitment.
  • Expertise in corporate sourcing and recruitment.
  • Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in salary negotiations, including equity compensation.
  • Extensive knowledge of passive sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networks.
  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, networking, job analysis, and relationship management.
  • Ability to maintain organized and accurate documentation of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Willingness to travel to field offices and recruitment events as required.

Compensation Details:
The compensation package includes stock options, with a salary range of $160K to $175K+. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
