The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled GTM Recruiter to take charge of our recruitment initiatives in the United States. You will collaborate closely with our co-founders and senior GTM leaders to build our commercial team and attract exceptional talent essential for our company's ongoing rapid growth.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in executive search, startup or corporate recruiting, or sales roles. Your expertise lies in identifying top talent through innovative strategies, creative outreach, and refining job specifications. As a proactive individual, you excel in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing organization, showcasing a target-oriented, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset. Your ability to connect with individuals positions you as a trusted resource for top talent navigating their career trajectories.
