The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to take charge of our recruitment initiatives in the United States. You will collaborate closely with our co-founders and senior GTM leaders to develop our commercial team and attract exceptional talent that is vital for our ongoing rapid growth.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in executive search, startup or corporate recruiting, or sales roles. Your primary focus will be on identifying outstanding talent through innovative strategies, engaging campaigns, and refining job specifications. As a proactive individual, you excel in the fast-paced environment of a high-growth organization, showcasing target-oriented, detail-oriented, and solution-focused attributes. Your ability to connect with individuals positions you as a trusted resource for top talent navigating their career journeys.
