Your Impact


Establish and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements, while defining the potential impact and desired attributes of candidates for each position.

Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates with the aim of sparking their interest in opportunities at Sprig.
Serve as an advocate for candidates, striving to understand their aspirations and assisting them in their decision-making journey.
Monitor and maintain the health of our candidate pipelines, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders.
Leverage our internal systems to generate reports that offer insights into recruitment metrics and performance.
Actively seek opportunities to enhance our processes and deliver an exceptional experience for our candidates.
Your Strengths

Relevant Professional Experience:

You possess over 4 years of experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across various GTM roles within an early-stage startup.


Sourcing Skills:
You have a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates through multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Hired, etc.

Project Management Skills:
You are adept at managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You excel in collaborating with various stakeholders, taking the initiative to advance projects and deliver results punctually.

Verbal and Written Communication Skills:
You enjoy actively listening to and communicating with individuals to understand their needs and build trust. You have experience crafting clear communications that reflect discretion, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.

Data-Driven Approach:

You are committed to understanding and enhancing the effectiveness of your work by analyzing data and refining your processes.

Employee Pay Disclosure

The salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $180,000 plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations.

Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
