Position Overview
This role is continuously open as we receive new client requests on a regular basis. Engaging with candidates ahead of time allows us to have qualified individuals ready to present when client demands arise. We cater to remote and hybrid roles across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sourcing and recruitment strategies by analyzing the talent landscape.
- Enhance the effectiveness of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-quality candidates for diverse technical roles.
- Partner with client recruitment teams to refine hiring processes and implement scalable improvements to existing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and learnings.
- Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our organization.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of comprehensive GTM recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house capacity.
- Demonstrated success in fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, including interviewers, hiring managers, and executives.
- A methodical, data-driven approach to recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
- A strong commitment to building effective teams and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- A continuous desire to learn and grow professionally.
