Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will act as a vital marketing, data, and content resource across the Sales and Solutions teams.

Occasionally, the Marketing Coordinator may oversee designated accounts in the capacity of a junior Marketing Consultant.

The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with a commitment to supporting colleagues and enhancing the team's achievements.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with the team of Marketing Consultants (MC) and Management to foster new and existing business, driving significant client and station growth.

Deliver exceptional administrative support to the MCs and Management while providing outstanding customer service to both current and prospective clients.

Work alongside MCs to address advertising clients' RFP requests and manage the ad scheduling process efficiently.

Conduct research initiatives to assist MCs in promoting integrated solutions to both new and existing clients.

Create tailored advertising solutions and corresponding sales materials based on client requirements and market potential.

Accurately process customer account orders and billing details with meticulous attention to detail.

Oversee preemptions and formulate make-good plans to ensure clients' delivery specifications are met.

Manage the creative process and campaign execution for both TV and digital solutions, including asset collection, production, and trafficking.

Maintain databases to proactively generate reports related to key sales outcomes and present insights to Sales and Management teams as necessary.

Ensure database integrity to facilitate quick data retrieval, identifying areas for increased efficiency in marketing initiatives and sales strategies.

Act as a trusted advisor by performing high-quality business and industry analyses, reporting findings to internal teams and external clients.

Support business objectives by alerting the sales team to upsell and account expansion opportunities.

Essential Attributes and Qualifications:
Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for supporting roles and contributing to team success.

Effective communication skills with peers, supervisors, and colleagues.

Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes, regardless of authority.

High emotional intelligence, empathy, competitiveness, and a strong sense of urgency in delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and external clients.

Proven listening skills, verbal communication, and a professional writing style.

Commitment to continuous learning and striving for high performance in the role.

Capacity to collaborate with teammates to understand, analyze, and determine necessary outcomes for assignments while meeting strict deadlines with accuracy.

Technologically proficient, with the ability to navigate multiple internet and software platforms to fulfill job responsibilities.

Understanding of digital reporting and analytical metrics.

Experience in marketing or advertising is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
