Job Description

BATHING BRANDS INC, a prominent national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager.

This multifaceted role will combine your Marketing Project Manager expertise with event planning skills and market research capabilities to ensure the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives. As Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the creative development process to include but not limited to video productions, photo shoots, social media and digital assets, printed materials, and coordinating large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of graphic designers and copywriters, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met, maintaining open communication with stakeholders and team members.
  • Facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project progress.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, making informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, upholding the company's image and reputation.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and bottlenecks, implementing effective solutions to minimize delays and maximize project efficiency.
  • Report project status to upper management on a regular basis, providing detailed updates and insights.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  • At least 5 years' on-the-job experience in marketing project management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Experience with project management software tools such as Asana, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong understanding of creative processes and design principles, with the ability to communicate effectively with creative teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards project goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
