Job Description
As a Client Growth Manager at Mark Hutchens - State Farm Agent, you will play a critical role in enhancing our agency's daily business operations and customer success. You will grow our agency through effective client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize your expertise in insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, reflecting the value you will bring to our agency.

Requirements:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets is necessary.
  • You must be willing to engage in sales conversations.
