Client Growth Manager

As a Client Growth Manager at Mark Hutchens - State Farm Agent, you will play a critical role in enhancing our agency's daily business operations and customer success. Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, reflecting the value you will bring to our agency.
Requirements:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets is necessary.
- You must be willing to engage in sales conversations.
