Client Success Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Touchpoint Labs.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure clients achieve their business goals through our sophisticated software platform and other technologies.
This role involves working closely with clients, staff, and partners to create effective solutions that drive business growth.
You'll be responsible for educating and training clients, evaluating their progress, and refining training programs to meet their needs.
Additionally, you'll host live zoom sessions, group trainings, and seminars to showcase the benefits of Touchpoint Labs for their business.
A successful Client Success Manager must have excellent problem-solving skills, enjoy building systems, and be committed to developing expertise in our software platform.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
