Client Engagement Manager

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NELSON as a Client Engagement Manager, responsible for expanding current client engagements and promoting integrated service offerings. As the key representative and single point of contact to the client organization, you will have ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and account growth.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in corporate/commercial interior design and project management, with 8+ years in client relations, account management, and business development. A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited University is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a working knowledge of the client business, operating model, and organizational structure.
- Participate in client organizations and events to strengthen relationships.
- Attend client meetings and guide KPI reviews.
- Keep the pulse on client satisfaction.
- Support pursuits of new accounts and advance the client relationship through elevating the interface within the client organization.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of building regulations, life safety codes, and ADA requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Newforma, Deltek Vision, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
