Role Overview

This Full-Time position involves driving sales growth by executing strategic plans to generate business opportunities in assigned territories. You will establish relationships with schools and organizations, maintain existing business, and promote products. As an expert representative, you will be trusted by athletic directors, coaches, educators, and community leaders to support their programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Growing business and meeting sales targets through territory planning and execution
  • Earning credibility as an industry expert among clients
  • Understanding customer objectives and articulating relevant technology trends
  • Representing the company at events to influence sales opportunities
  • Building and cultivating client relationships at schools, districts, and club sports
  • Managing sales pipelines and providing accurate forecasts
Success Metrics

Within one month, you will complete onboarding, initiate outreach to customers, manage sales processes, and learn business tools. In three months, you will execute a territory growth plan, feel confident in prospecting and presenting to customers, and know how to create new revenue opportunities. By six months, you will work independently, close sales toward quarterly targets, increase customer retention, and add revenue through acquisition.
