We are excited to offer the position of Client Relationship Manager at Hueman PE Talent Solutions in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our software solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Providing comprehensive training and support to clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our software.
  • Gathering and relaying client feedback to inform future enhancements and improvements.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Regularly checking in with clients to monitor their usage and satisfaction with our software, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and developments in the stop-loss insurance market to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
