Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing assigned projects within the marketing team. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, copywriting skills, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Initiative, creativity, and the ability to work on assigned projects with minimal supervision are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Production: Design, produce, and proof marketing collateral and other support materials.
  • Digital Lead Management: Review, distribute, and follow up with all digital leads to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Digital Asset Library: Support the coordination and organization of the digital asset library.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors, including signage companies, printers, and promotions.
  • StoreFront Management: Oversee the company's StoreFront for company literature and branded items.
  • New Product Introductions: Assist in new product introductions, including developing product and series names.
  • Web Updates: Assist in general web updates and product changes through the company's Content Management Systems (Drupal and Umbraco).
  • Product Line Management: Assist in managing product lines from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Award Submissions: Prepare and coordinate project entries for submission in various award programs.
  • Project Management: Drive projects and solutions across multiple development teams, including plant, sales, and senior management.
  • Presentation Development: Assist in developing presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency across presentations.
  • Financial Management: Process invoices and credit card transactions for the marketing team and monitor the marketing budget.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: Two years or more of previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, creative thinking, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, highly motivated self-starter, advanced computer skills, team-focused, and ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and experience with Sales Force, Drupal, or other content management systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of building product materials and the construction industry is a plus.
