Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning and executing assigned projects within the marketing team. This individual will be responsible for designing, producing, and proofing marketing collateral, as well as reviewing and distributing digital leads to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and other support materials
  • Review, distribute, and follow up on digital leads to ensure sales opportunities are maximized
  • Coordinate the organization of digital asset libraries and work with third-party vendors, including signage companies, printers, and promotions
  • Oversee the company's StoreFront for company literature and branded items
  • Assist in new product introductions, including developing product and series names
  • Assist in general web updates and product changes through the company's Content Management Systems (Drupal and Umbraco)
  • Prepare and coordinate project entries for submission in various award programs
  • Drive projects and solutions across multiple development teams, including plant, sales, and senior management
  • Assist in developing presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Process invoices and credit card transactions for the marketing team and monitor the marketing budget
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent
  • Two years+ previous experience in marketing, preferably in the building products industry
  • Experience with Sales Force, graphic design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Video editing skills a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Drupal or other content management systems
  • Knowledge of building product materials and construction industry a plus
