Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class service to customers, ensuring a unique and memorable shopping experience.
  • Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing team, achieving sales goals and maintaining company standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage payroll, train staff, and maintain visual presentation standards to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Champion new product launches, ensure marketing and promotion signage is up-to-date, and maintain awareness of current promotions.
  • Store Operations: Perform management functions, including opening and closing the store, managing the sales floor, and coordinating break schedules.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist the Store Team Leader in executing strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty through effective sales and service leader behaviors.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and lead a team; proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50 lbs.
  • Personal Qualities: Resourcefulness, initiative, and a commitment to training and development.
