Position Overview

The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a vital role in planning and executing various initiatives within the marketing department. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for multitasking. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. A proactive approach, creativity, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce marketing materials and collateral.
  • Review and manage digital leads to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of the digital asset library.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including printers and signage companies.
  • Oversee the management of the company's StoreFront for literature and branded merchandise.
  • Assist in the introduction of new products, including the development of product names.
  • Contribute to web updates and product modifications through content management systems.
  • Support the management of product lines from strategic planning to execution.
  • Prepare and coordinate submissions for various award programs.
  • Facilitate project management across multiple teams, including production, sales, and senior management.
  • Assist in creating presentations for both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Process invoices and monitor the marketing budget.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Drupal.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with building materials and the construction industry is a plus.
