Job Overview

Key Relationships


• Reports to Senior Property Manager


• Coordinates marketing initiatives

Core Responsibilities:

- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the property, its competitors, and its market standing

- Focus on Revenue, Leasing & Resident Satisfaction

- Monitor occupancy rates and leasing performance, making recommendations based on market trends

- Assess and enhance the performance of the leasing team

- Continuously seek improvements in resident relations and satisfaction

- Address resident concerns promptly and effectively

- Ensure staff adherence to procedures for prospective leads and follow-up protocols

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the leasing process from application to lease execution

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies

- Assist in designing and implementing marketing strategies and promotions

- Engage in online outreach and promotion through various social media platforms

- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials

- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses that can refer potential renters

- Schedule leasing agents to pursue marketing opportunities

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community aspects, including rent, vacancies, and lease expirations

- Understand market competition, including pricing and promotional strategies

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic competitive environment. They should demonstrate leadership, exceptional customer service skills, and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will exhibit professionalism, good judgment, and a collaborative spirit.   • 3-5 years of property management experience
  • Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency with property management software platforms, preferably Buildium
