Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in planning and executing various projects within the marketing department. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in copywriting, alongside the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A demonstrated command of Adobe Creative Suite—specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—and Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—is essential. The ideal candidate will exhibit initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, produce, and proofread marketing materials and collateral.
  • Review, distribute, and follow up on all digital leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Support the organization and coordination of the digital asset library.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, including signage companies and printers.
  • Manage the company's StoreFront for literature and branded merchandise.
  • Assist in the introduction of new products, including the development of product and series names.
  • Help with general web updates and product modifications through the company's Content Management Systems.
  • Contribute to managing product lines from strategic planning to tactical execution.
  • Prepare and coordinate project submissions for various award programs.
  • Drive projects and solutions across multiple development teams, including plant, sales, and senior management.
  • Assist in creating presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Process invoices and credit card transactions for the marketing team while monitoring the marketing budget.
