As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in planning and executing various marketing initiatives within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a flair for copywriting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, is essential. You should be a self-motivated individual with a creative mindset, capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce marketing materials and collateral.
  • Review and manage digital leads to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Support the organization of the digital asset library.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, including printers and signage companies.
  • Oversee the management of the company’s StoreFront for literature and branded merchandise.
  • Assist in the introduction of new products, including naming and branding.
  • Contribute to website updates and product modifications through our Content Management Systems.
  • Manage product lines from strategic planning to execution.
  • Prepare submissions for various award programs.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including sales and management, to drive project success.
  • Develop presentations for both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Process invoices and monitor the marketing budget.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Graphic design proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Video editing skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Drupal.
  • Knowledge of the building materials and construction industry is advantageous.
