Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to enhance our dynamic marketing team. This role will work closely with the Director of Brand Experience to support various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Catalyst AI Project Management: Oversee the Catalyst AI project, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Meeting Coordination: Attend and facilitate meetings to capture essential action items and next steps.
  • Technical Project Planning: Maintain and update the technical project plan, ensuring all approvals and action items are managed effectively.
  • Marketing Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of the marketing plan for Horizon 2.
  • Fleet Insight Management: Coordinate feature rollouts, including in-app promotions and customer communications.
  • Newsletter Creation: Develop and distribute the quarterly Fleet Insight newsletter.
  • Customer Success Support: Create customer presentations and nurture series campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the knowledge base.
  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows, events, and virtual tours.
