Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence. As a vital member of our marketing division, you will play a key role in the execution and management of marketing initiatives through various channels, including promotional content, advertising tactics, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate monthly reports analyzing web and social media performance, providing insights for enhancements.
  • Oversee website content, mailing lists, SEO strategies, and analytics to maintain current and relevant information.
  • Update social media platforms regularly and engage with followers.
  • Develop marketing materials such as website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other branded collateral.
  • Assist the marketing department in implementing campaign strategies across communication, digital, and advertising platforms.
  • Support event planning and execution.
  • Conduct interviews and podcasts as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong grasp of contemporary marketing trends.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with effective project management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email marketing, social media, public relations, and brand management.
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media strategy is essential.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Illustrator, WordPress, Wix, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is highly desirable.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in creating SEO-driven content across various media.
  • Must demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Capability to work independently on assigned projects.
