**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at IRCA Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing global, regional, and customer-specific product development initiatives. This role requires a strong sense of organization, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to enhance product awareness, drive sales, and ensure market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Assess feasibility and capability of new ideas, work with innovation teams to develop products, packaging, quality, production, and marketing. Coordinate timelines and measure project performance using various tools and techniques.
  • Portfolio Analysis & Management: Conduct portfolio analysis to define core products, rationalize, and replace. Collaborate with customer service, supply chain, sales, marketing, culinary, and innovation teams to execute a portfolio roadmap.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Define sales opportunities, product requirements for NPD and/or optimization of existing products. Actively communicate with the Sales Team to ensure alignment and collaboration in market-facing activities.
  • Pricing Team Partnership: Validate new product market opportunities, drive business case development, and ensure margin targets are being met.
  • Operations Collaboration: Maintain appropriate stock levels of core portfolio (STD, MTO, etc.).
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Promote assigned products both internally and externally to ensure a cohesive message. Develop and deliver training materials for assigned products.
  • Launches: Collaborate on go-to-market launches of new products and solutions. Coordinate and communicate the delivery of training materials to sales and customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Develop a thorough understanding of the overall market, including size, growth in targeted channels, key trends, competitive, and customer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA a plus.
  • Experience: >5 years of experience marketing various products.
  • B2B or B2B2C experience in Food Manufacturing and/or Ingredients Marketing (Bakery a plus).
  • Project Management experience is a must-have.
  • Proven skills in Product Life-cycle management.
  • Ability to interact effectively with matrixed teams within the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preference to be a member of a lean, nimble team where fast failure, change, and evolution are expected and encouraged.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and managing multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to deal with short-term priority changes while maintaining a long-term perspective on department and company objectives.
