Job Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Training Coordinator. This is a contract position that requires the ability to coordinate, deliver, and manage educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, catering, and room setup, and manage communications and course materials.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Oversee new hire onboarding and tailor training to job functions and individual needs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, manage budgets, track invoices, process orders, and coordinate learning programs.
  • Calendar Management: Handle the Training Team's calendar, accruals, and approval processes, and manage the Training library.
  • LMS Administration: Administer the LMS, managing scheduling, enrollment, attendance, and training reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experienced in program coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Time Management: Skilled in time management with the ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing various projects and events within tight deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
