Customer Focus
Our clientele primarily consists of significant distributors and major retailers within the automotive parts sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating business development initiatives between sales representatives and external clients.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience, which may involve undertaking tasks beyond standard job functions to meet customer needs.
- Managing direct customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Providing support and collaboration with team members and other departments to achieve collective goals.
- Performing additional general office duties as required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, encompassing interpersonal, telephone, and written abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer operations, including navigating software, managing emails, and possessing advanced skills in MS Excel and Word, along with report generation capabilities.
