Responsibilities
* Prospect and lead generation: identify, engage, and qualify prospects within our ideal customer profile (ICP)
* Sales process management: conduct thorough discovery calls, build rapport, and develop customized energy management solutions
* Relationship building: build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and customers by demonstrating genuine interest in their business needs

Requirements
* 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS B2B software, energy management, and/or energy retail
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
