Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform door-to-door sales outreach to potential business clients within designated areas.
  • Effectively present, promote, and sell our products/services using compelling arguments to prospective clients.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with business customers.
  • Engage with customer leads through cold calling and in-person meetings.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and objectives within the specified timeframe.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Evaluate the market potential of the territory, track sales performance, and provide status updates.
  • Report customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services to management.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Representative, particularly in door-to-door B2B sales.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices, with the ability to foster productive professional relationships.
  • Highly driven and motivated with a proven sales track record.
  • Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.
  • Capability to create and deliver tailored presentations that meet audience needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
