Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales Specialist to join our team at NetApp. As a Cloud Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings and revenue objectives.
  • Partner with NetApp Client Executives to drive revenue and market share within the Enterprise Segment.
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account success plan.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around NetApp products and services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a combination of cold outreach, networking with NetApp Client Executives, and sourcing through partners.
  • Manage contract negotiations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years' experience of B2B SaaS/Software subscriptions in a highly technical environment.
  • Proficient understanding of cloud native technologies and their business benefits.
  • Proficient understanding of public cloud providers, their business models and offerings.
  • Proficient understanding of open-source databases such as Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL and other similar technologies.
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity.
  • Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline generation, pipeline progression, negotiation and closing complex sales cycles.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $210,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education.

Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
