This innovative approach not only saves our clients money by minimizing the number of dumpster pickups but also contributes positively to the environment by decreasing landfill trips.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven individual to spearhead our sales efforts in the Southwest Bay Area. As our inaugural sales team member, you will have the chance to establish the sales function from the ground up, with significant opportunities for personal and professional growth, including potential advancement into management roles. This position is designed for a proactive 'hunter' who will identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating how our service can lead to substantial cost savings and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through direct, face-to-face outreach.
  • Organize and conduct on-site demonstrations, a critical aspect of our sales strategy.
  • Develop tailored proposals based on client waste management needs.
  • Oversee multiple sales processes simultaneously until closure.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for regular sales reporting.
  • Represent Smash My Trash at relevant industry events and trade shows.
  • Engage with clients, ensuring satisfaction through our unique service.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to achieve daily goals.
  • Driven by the potential for high earnings and career advancement.
  • Outgoing and personable, able to build rapport with clients.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Organized and reliable, capable of managing various clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM systems and email.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
