Position Overview

The Director of B2B Campaign Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive global campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth. This role will require collaboration with various teams, including Worldwide Field Operations, Field Sales, B2B Product Marketing, and GMO, to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives that align with our revenue objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence Marketo's market presence and growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee all facets of integrated campaign strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and field marketing initiatives, in alignment with business goals to enhance pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with sales teams and cross-functional partners to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing marketing team to meet organizational objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and optimize key marketing programs and resources to enhance performance and deliver value.
  • Experiment with and implement innovative marketing tactics to derive actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the successful execution of marketing projects, including budget management, resource allocation, and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and establish best practices.

Qualifications for Success

  • Proven Leadership in B2B Marketing: A successful track record with over 10 years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing, with cloud marketing experience being advantageous.
  • Expertise in ABM and Field Marketing: Demonstrated success in leading ABM, digital, and field marketing initiatives within a B2B SaaS context, catering to various segment sizes from Enterprise to SMB.
  • Team Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and developing high-achieving marketing teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate campaign performance, extract insights, and refine strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of marketing technologies, including automation platforms, ABM tools, analytics, and CRM systems, with a readiness to embrace new technologies.
  • Innovative Thinking: A forward-thinking approach with a continuous drive for improvement and innovation.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Insight: Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and the ability to translate these into impactful marketing campaigns.
