POSITION SUMMARY:

The role involves enhancing the success of the player’s club by guiding guests through the entire membership journey, managing promotional gift distribution, and organizing seating arrangements for ticketed events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitates the enrollment of new members into the player’s club.
  • Organizes and executes promotional events within the casino.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the player’s club to effectively communicate details to guests.
  • Prepares promotional items by counting, unpacking, and organizing products as needed.
  • Safely transports promotional materials to event locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Confirms guest eligibility for promotional events through identification verification.
  • Processes promotional gift coupons using gaming software and identifies winners of promotional drawings.
  • Distributes complimentary tickets to designated casino patrons at specified locations.
  • Utilizes ticket scanning technology to verify tickets presented by guests at event entrances.
  • Assigns seating to guests based on their ticket specifications, demonstrating knowledge of the seating layout.
  • Provides assistance during various marketing events, including player parties and tournaments.
  • Regularly inspects and replenishes printed materials for the player’s club.
  • Issues complimentary rewards based on established play levels.
  • Prepares materials for guests arriving via scheduled transportation services.
  • Welcomes guests arriving through organized transport services.
  • Ensures efficient and courteous service to all guests.
  • Addresses and resolves minor guest issues as they arise.
  • Maintains updated knowledge of casino amenities and upcoming events to assist guests and colleagues.
  • Participates in departmental meetings to facilitate communication within the team.
  • Strives to achieve and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least one year of relevant experience.

SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary. The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities is crucial.

Willingness to undergo training for operating equipment as needed is required.

Successful completion of screening for essential job functions is mandatory.

This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.

LANGUAGE ABILITY:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as manuals and instructions. Ability to respond to inquiries from guests and team members.

MATH SKILLS:

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands of this position include regular communication, standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move items weighing up to fifty pounds.

Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.

Successful completion of screening for essential job functions is required.
