Position Overview:
Hanger is currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week, Monday to Thursday) Marketing and Events Coordinator. This position will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and perform various administrative and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating both local and national events.
  • Providing marketing analysis and research insights by gathering, evaluating, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Assisting the education department with event logistics, record management, and technical support.
  • Supporting the sales team with event organization, customer success initiatives, and administrative tasks.
  • Managing customer inquiries and assisting the customer service department with various projects.
  • Performing data entry and general office responsibilities.
  • Executing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent experience.
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Hanger's safety standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge.

Abilities:

  • Capacity to learn through on-the-job training and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift approximately 25 pounds.
  • Dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and the ability to read and review materials for accuracy.
  • Effective hearing and speaking skills for communication with customers and colleagues.
