Cirtec Medical is seeking a highly skilled Operator Assembler II to join our team in Lowell, MA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines, ensuring standard documentation, quality, and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.
- Manually manipulate fragile wafers on a regular basis.
- Work with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment.
- Make basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances, dimensions.
- Perform in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes in accordance with established requirements.
- Accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.
- Perform various dimensional inspections using specific gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers, and micrometers.
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Comply with company, quality, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED mandatory; entry-level position with no prior experience necessary.
- 1+ years of experience in the medical device industry and manufacturing required.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail essential.
- Compliance with CGMP standards for consistent product quality.
