We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Key Responsibilities- Lead our portfolio of strategic accounts and Licensing and OEM customers across the Americas and Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and grow the pipeline of potential new customers.
- Lead C-Suite relationships and deliver regular business reviews with key customers.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business; MBA or M.S./Ph.D. is a plus.
- 8+ years of relevant commercial and/or business development experience, including identification and validation of strategic business opportunities in the life sciences and clinical diagnostics industry.
- Prior experience in out-licensing or OEM supply role strongly preferred.
- A proven track record of accomplishment in commercial roles.
- Ability to work across functions to drive deals and deliver results.
- Customer-first business philosophy is a must.
We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes a competitive salary range of $130,000.00–$180,000.00, a variable annual bonus, and a range of benefits, including national medical and dental plans, employee assistance and family support programs, paid time off, and retirement and savings programs.
