Senior Business Development Executive

About the role:
As a Senior Business Development Representative at Pragmatike, you will play a crucial part in our expansion by driving business development initiatives that connect top talent with our clients, transforming their businesses.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies for acquiring new clients in the French and European markets, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence and drive business opportunities.
- Leading efforts to identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and qualify leads through various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Defining and refining outreach strategies, overseeing BDR outreach projects and applying a structured process to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
- Collaborating with the business development, marketing, BI, and sales operations teams to optimize strategies and maximize results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential, as you'll be interacting with clients globally.
- You possess a robust professional network and know how to leverage it to open doors and develop new business opportunities.
