The VMware Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the acquisition, retention, and growth of SHI VMware business. This individual will collaborate closely with SHI sellers to establish strong relationships with VMware sellers and leaders, as well as maintain positive connections with top customers within their assigned coverage area.

  • Manage the customer experience through monthly meetings around products, licensing, and renewals.
  • Execute against given vital performance indicators, including customer retention, growth of customers' business, acquisition of new VMWare customers, and selling VMware services.
  • Work with SHI sales to ensure they review VMware Road maps with stakeholders within the customer.
  • Partner with the VMware organization to co-sell effectively across a targeted list of customers.
  • Continuously learn and develop on new product technology offerings, VMware-specific offerings and programs, and SHI VMware service offerings.
  • Assist in training SHI Enterprise Sales on VMware products & programs and how customers can benefit from their core products.

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
