Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Rootstack is a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation, custom software development, and software solutions implementations. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and business goals, and convert opportunities into business requirements.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Plan the end-to-end sales cycle for delivering customized business solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Work with Sales Management and Sales Engineers to ensure quality presentations.
  • Support senior management in negotiations, due diligence, and business development needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualified meeting targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in the complete sales cycle in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong experience closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
