Job Summary:

At Lincoln Goldfinch Law, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in communicating the benefits of our firm to prospective clients, driving sales, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Meet with prospective clients to discuss their business needs and present our firm's services and solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with expert advice and support to ensure their continued satisfaction with our firm.
  • Business Development: Stay informed of developments in the business and legal landscape, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Communication: Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Goal Achievement: Achieve sales goals and objectives, working collaboratively with the legal team to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support and guidance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving business success and growth.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Familiarity with the Texas business landscape and a deep understanding of the legal system.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and drive business growth and revenue.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and proficiency with Google Suite or related software.
  • Experience: At least two years of related experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
