Role DescriptionThe Associate Strategic Account Manager role involves leveraging technical expertise to address customer design challenges with cutting-edge semiconductor solutions. This position supports a variety of applications, influences sales strategies, collaborates with marketing, identifies obstacles, and proposes effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Gain practical experience by collaborating with field sales teams to understand the Account Manager function and our business operations.
- Engage with the field sales team to learn about interactions with internal business units and product lines.
- Develop an understanding of assigned territories or key customers, identifying how Renesas can provide unique value to their projects.
- Create and implement strategies to expand Renesas' business within designated accounts.
- Drive initiatives to execute account strategies effectively.
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related discipline.
- Preferred candidates are those graduating in the near future.
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Possess strong technical skills complemented by excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing CRM systems related to territory performance and key performance indicators.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Showcase effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within teams across various functions.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills for timely project completion.
- Proven ability to establish influential relationships.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is competitive and includes eligibility for bonus compensation.
