Job Title: Strategic Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. This role involves achieving sales plans and strategic account objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting planned sales levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to move forward with accounts
* Maintain Strategic Account Profiles
* Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel within the account
* Develop annual account plans involving department heads and Area Managers
* Meet plan for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
* Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
* Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs
* Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
* Lead solution development efforts
* Set pricing and terms
* Ensure the price book is updated
* Provide yearly price sheet for each account
* Coordinate sales activities with Area Managers and Sales Support Specialists

Requirements:

* Three to five years of qualified related experience
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
* Strong MS office computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
