Job Summary:

The Strategic Accounts Manager at Satellite Shelters, Inc. | Satellite Industries, Inc. is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. This role involves achieving sales plans and strategic account objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting planned sales levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview and survey accounts to understand their status and develop strategies to move forward.
  • Maintain accurate Strategic Account Profiles, including revenue, fleet size, history, and relationship.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel within the account.
  • Develop annual account plans involving department heads and Area Managers.
  • Meet sales volume and strategic objectives, and coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Lead solution development efforts, including product needs and conflict resolution.
  • Set pricing and terms, and ensure the price book is updated.
  • Provide yearly price sheets for each account, and coordinate sales activities with Area Managers and Sales Support Specialists.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of qualified related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent degree and experience.
  • Strong MS Office computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Physical/Mental Demands:

This position is largely sedentary, requiring use of typical office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and scanners.
