About the Role

The Director of Sales and Revenue Growth will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role will play a critical part in developing and executing sales plans to maximize revenue and profits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed individual booking goals
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute sales plans and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to sales teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in business travel and account acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications and relevant computer applications
  • University/College degree in a related field, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
