Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
- Sales Growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a hospitality or related industry.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
