**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Redflag AI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

About the Role

The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and objectives. This includes:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
  • Conducting market research to identify target customers, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes
  • Overseeing sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes
  • Developing and managing sales budgets to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership or business development
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent sales and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100-120k base, with a potential OTE of $400k. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
