Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our restaurant and private dining room sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Work with the Director of Catering and Events, Director of Outlets, and DOS to develop and implement a sales strategy that meets the property's sales objectives.
  • Prospecting and Soliciting: Actively prospect and solicit potential in-house group and local catering programs for resort outlets, documenting plans and tracking client communication.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market for the segment the position is assigned.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and courteous service is extended at all times.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report sales and financial data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to achieve property's financial catering goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications.
  • Education: University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibility and Reliability: Highly responsible and reliable with the ability to focus attention on guest needs.
