Job Summary

The Club Membership Sales Manager is a key role responsible for driving membership sales and revenue growth. This position requires a strong sales and marketing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Sell club memberships, upgrades, conversions, and membership changes to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the membership base.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and online marketing.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential members to build trust and increase the chances of successful sales.
  • Membership Onboarding
    • Orient new members into the club by introducing them to key staff and members and scheduling their introductory appointments.
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience to increase member satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, staff, and vendors to promote a positive image of the club.
    • Communicate effectively with members, staff, and vendors to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Financial Accountability
    • Meet and/or exceed monthly membership sales and initiation fee goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
    • Participate in corporate-sponsored committees to contribute to the development of new business initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and marketing background, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to build relationships with potential members and staff.
    • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications.

What We Offer

AccorHotel offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $85,000 USD gross annually, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
