Job Description
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a diverse sales team focused on the government, education, and public sector markets. You will develop and execute sales strategies to exceed performance targets, focusing on ARR growth, pipeline development, and client acquisition. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and legal teams, you will align on government-specific requirements and opportunities. You will drive adoption of monday.com's platform in these markets, tailoring messaging and solutions to meet public sector needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in government, education, or public sector sales (quota-carrying or leadership role preferred). You will also require a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams across varied roles, as well as demonstrated ability to identify decision-makers and influencers in large organizations and build strong, lasting relationships with them.

Estimated salary range: $240,000 - $270,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies.
