Key Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally engage with customers, team members, trade partners, and the public.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management abilities are essential.
  • Availability to work on weekends is required.
  • Willingness to obtain a Florida Real Estate License is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in sales, real estate, or construction/permitting is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Background checks will be conducted.
Core Responsibilities
  • Organize all meetings and appointments for customers in the community following contract signing, including Plan Review, Pre-Drywall Walkthrough, Welcome Home Celebration, and Day of Closing Review.
  • Collaborate with lenders, Realtors, and customers to ensure timely receipt of commitment memos and necessary documentation, establishing strong relationships from the outset.
  • Assist customers with any inquiries they may have post-contract.
  • Support New Home Star and Project Managers in neighborhood presentations and ensure the community is well-maintained and presentable for visitors and customers.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding construction progress, including timelines for closing dates and walkthroughs.
  • Conduct Plan Review meetings with Project Managers and customers, setting clear expectations for the building process.
