Essential Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a Help Desk/Desktop support capacity
  • Proficient in managing and servicing Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and IP phones within a networked setting
  • Knowledge of O365 client applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and Authenticator. O365 administration experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with mobile devices (Android/iPhone), including Intune mobile device enrollment and app installation
  • Capability to oversee hardware asset inventory and stockrooms, ensuring precise record-keeping of deployed assets
  • Understanding of general networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Subnets, and DNS for troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Familiarity with navigating network racks and patch panels is beneficial.
  • Experience utilizing a ticketing system; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Experience managing Citrix sessions through Citrix Director
  • Experience with thin clients is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, coupled with a strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for a corporate setting.
Compensation: $33.00/hr.
