Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through follow-ups on inbound leads and proactive cold outreach.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts to pinpoint key decision-makers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with targeted accounts.
  • Schedule appointments for field representatives based on established targets.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and effectively communicate product features and advantages.
  • Close sales transactions and adeptly cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
  • Highly energetic and motivated individual.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary plus residual commission.
  • Realistic earnings expectation of $45,000 to $60,000 in the first year if targets are achieved.
  • Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.
